A solutions-focused, strategically-minded and enthusiastic knowledge professional. Most comfortable when taking a leading role in initiatives or projects, with a focus on implementing technology effectively to supplement business processes- Designed and implemented a new operating model after a department restructure reduced headcount by approximately 50%, including budget/resource planning, training needs analysis and escalation management- Planned and led the migration of KPMG International internal portal system to a new platform. From business case development and obtaining buy in and agreement to governance principles from the Global Board, through to launch and decommissioning of the old platform. Removing 90% of dated content in the process to improve findability, leading to a 250% increase in usage for the first 12 months- Launched and led a knowledge community across the global KPMG network for portal site owners. Now has over 200 members focused on sharing knowledge about system upgrades, digital workplace trends and themes, content management best practice, and metrics- Played a key role on a small project team developing an intelligent automation solution for a critical business process – including production of business & technical requirements, liaison with external data providers, and producing documentation for steering groups of Senior KPMG Partners- Facilitated roll-out of new e-learning solution for a KPMG sales methodology to multiple jurisdictions across multiple platforms. Working closely with colleagues from Learning & Development, IT, and communications internationally to deliver a consistent learning outcome across the KPMG network- Led a working group with external data providers to develop intelligent searches, effectively filtering data sets to give a more focused input for machine learning.
