Secure Energy is a leading environmental services and technology company. Secure is publicly traded and operates in Canada and the United States, with sourcing and distribution agreements globally.Responsible for leading the legal function in Secure\'s environmental and chemistry technology businesses, with responsibilities to drive and support sustainable and risk-managed business growth. Responsible to lead the development of indigenous relationships and partnerships. Responsible for whistleblower investigation and compliance reporting, as well as leading the FCPA assessment and compliance processes in Canada, China and abroad. Additional responsibilities include the development and support of sustainable business opportunities to decrease Secure\'s carbon footprint and increase the verifiable sustainability of Secure\'s operations.

ABOUT DAN LOVE
Dan is a senior executive, with broad leadership experience across several functions and multiple industries. He brings and entrepreneurial focus to large corporations and start-ups, driving right-sized processes to enable growth, Secure Energy, Dan\'s current employer, is a large publicly-traded environmental services and technology firm. Dan\'s responsibilities at Secure have centered on the legal function, but extended well beyond. and have included leadership of the supply chain function, strategy planning and development, SAAS product development support and implementation, and P&L responsibility for growth businesses. He also manages whistleblower investigations, FCPA matters and compliance. Additionally, he develops and negotiates indigenous partnerships. He was most recently a member of the New Ventures team, charged with identifying new growth platforms in the energy transition and green energy spaces.Dan is an experienced senior business leader with multi-functional and industry experience. He has deep professional experience in both Canada and the United States, and experience in negotiation, compliance and contracting internationally. Specific functional roles have included CFO, business development, strategic market development, general management, supply chain and compliance responsibilities. He has also led the successful implementation, registration and renewal of an ISO program for a business. The strong commercial experience results in an approach whereby he continuously and proactively balances the need for discipline and risk management against commercial reality, ensuring that the business remains focused on meeting customer expectations, delivering profitable value and growth.
