Technical Support Specialist – Shared Services Provide technical support for bakeries producing a vast product mix. • Perform research and development of new products and commercial adaptation of those products (i.e. – from test kitchen to the producing bakeries). • Launch support for new products into the marketplace to ensure consistent supply of high-quality products.• Quality improvement; assisting bakeries to eliminate quality concerns of products.• Audit bakeries to ensure compliance with corporate formulation, processes, and procedures. • Assist with new plant and new line start-ups from design to implementation and production.• Conduct analytical testing to ensure optimum utilization. These tests include: fermentation mapping, proofbox and oven profiles, and height mapping.• Respond to consumer complaints.
