I have been working in the insurance claims industry for over 39 years as a Risk & Claims Management consultant, Regional General Adjuster, investigator, project administrator, and claims analyst. My interpersonal skills as a Risk/Claims management communicator, strategic negotiator, court mediator and proficiency in preserving and presenting highly classified and confidential information to claims personnel, attorneys, and judges has allowed for better case management and claims settlements. As a Property and Casualty Regional General adjuster, I have the ability to deal with complex legal issues resulting in the in resolution of claims filed against federal, state and local entities. I have served as a contract consultant to Federal, State and local Municipalities on matters of Risk Management, claims, claims management, as well as other confidential matters and concerns. I have worked with Fortune 100 companies as an international consultant, Risk Manager conducting business in six European, African, Central and South American countries as well as the United States. My development and implementation of comprehensive Risk Management programs successfully resulted in savings of over three million dollar per year, for three consecutive years for my various clients. My work for the Insurance Commissioner of Pennsylvania resulted in the development of a comprehensive database that are still being utilized in maintaining an up to date reporting system on the financial status of insurance companies doing business within the State of Pennsylvania as well as those going through rehabilitation.
