Practicing Solution Focused Brief Therapy fits with my faith and world view. It has blessed me with being able to study the GOOD, TRUE, and BEAUTIFUL in individuals, families, and organizations. Over the past few years I have been developing trainings to bring out the best in professionals with a focus on burnout, staff engagement, and quality care. I believe that providing people with effective training, provides better clinical outcomes and an overall better quality of life for employees serving in the community.
