I am a Customer Success and Sports Technology professional with 15+ years of experience bridging wellness, performance analytics, and digital engagement platforms. My background spans working with athletic organizations, performance institutes, and wellness enterprises to deliver customer success strategies that drive measurable results.I’ve partnered with executives to implement SaaS performance platforms, lead onboarding, and optimize workflows for strength & conditioning, and athlete monitoring solutions. Whether training staff, presenting to leadership, or supporting end-users, I focus on building trust, demonstrating value, and ensuring long-term adoption.My career began as a personal trainer and strength coach, later advancing into leadership as Director of the Center for Health & Human Performance at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. From there, I transitioned into sports technology roles, including Corporate Partnerships and Customer Success at Technogym.Currently, I hold a Corporate Wellness Specialist (CCWS) certification and am completing my Level 2 Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) credential, further strengthening my ability to combine customer success frameworks with deep athletic performance expertise.At the core, my passion is helping organizations unlock the full potential of technology to improve athlete performance, community wellness, and business outcomes.

   I\'m extremely fortunate to be one of the youth coaches for the Kansas City Royals Amateur Development system. It is an incredibly rewarding experience!As a lifelong athlete and baseball/softball player, I’ve been surprised to see how many kids are unfamiliar with the game of baseball—some have never seen or experienced it at all. Watching their excitement the first time they connect with a ball or catch a fly ball is truly special.
