I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the sports world learning one core truth—people don’t buy products, they buy trust, relationships, and experiences.From my time in minor league baseball—most recently as Vice President of Sales & Marketing with the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels—I’ve had the opportunity to build partnerships that weren’t just transactional, but genuinely impactful. Whether it was driving over $1M+ in sponsorship revenue, creating game-day experiences for tens of thousands of fans, or helping local businesses grow through creative activation, my focus has always been the same: make it meaningful, make it work, and make it last.What defines me professionally is pretty simple:1. I look for ways to make partnerships feel easy, not complicated.Now, I’m bringing that same mindset into the insurance space as Director of Strategic Partnerships with Barfield Insurance.My role isn’t to “sell policies”—it’s to build connections with businesses and individuals who want a reliable, knowledgeable team they can trust to take care of their clients.
