Reed in Partnership is a public service provider, delivering services that positively transform people and their communities.As Programme Director I have been Operational Lead for the Reed in Partnership delivery of the Restart Scheme in Cornwall providing local support to the long term unemployed, the AIRE Positive Move-On service providing resettlement support to refugees nationally, and the Refugee Employability Programme in London and the North East.I successfully designed and delivered a rapid resettlement and employment programme for Afghan refugees on behalf of Reed and the BBC.Following on from my role as the operational lead for the successful procurement of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), I have been appointed the role of Programme Director of this new service at Reed in Partnership. CTP is the official resettlement service for the Armed Forces. It provides comprehensive personal support for Service Leavers who are transitioning from their military career into civilian employment, further education or retirement.
