Over 25 years of mining, minerals processing and research experience, including management, supervision, process optimization, and process operations. Experiences range all the way from column and bottle roll testing in the lab to all phases of metallurgical and operational support to management responsibilities for small and large (2M to 30 M tpy) gold heap leach mines and to tpd SABC milling and leaching circuits. Additional areas of gold processing experience include: CIL/CIC, Merril-Crowe, ADR, electro-winning and retort circuits as well as mercury abatement systems for those circuits.
