Primarily responsible for establishing, monitoring, and executing project plans. In charge of delivering projects that improve a client’s business applications, infrastructure and processes, and doing this within time, on budget and to the highest standards. Also involved in building relationships with clients, and maintaining liaison with them throughout each project.• Leading, motivating and managing a team of installers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality. • Mentoring installers, bringing them from a junior to senior level and providing them with the necessary tools to complete their assignments effectively.• Recruitment of junior, intermediate, and senior installers.• Working with administration to control the budget for each project, tracking expenditures and projections to ensure budgets are met. • Maintaining proper documentation (general project plans, action items, timelines, call notes, etc.) on all projects. • Autonomously devising solutions and taking ownership of situations to ensure a projects success. • Consult with CEO on what contracts to pursue and employee placement.• Create client tenders for CEO to approve.• Client maintenance and retainment.• Instils confidence in clients allowing them to work independently with minimal supervision.• Sources and purchases equipment and tools for clients and installers.• Proficient in AutoCAD, creating, editing, and manipulating drawings.• Proficient in Excel, and other database entry programs.• Working knowledge of Cisco and Crestron systems.
