ABOUT DAN KITZINGER

I am a proven leader in the banking/finance industry, with 25+ years of experience that includes leading banking teams based in Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin, examining banks for the Federal Reserve to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and handling business development for a regional commercial general contractor/construction manager. My career includes extensive experience in the underwriting, origination and management of all types of commercial and real estate loans, credit administration including the development and on-going monitoring of lending policies and regular interaction with state and federal financial regulators. Throughout my career I have been involved in multiple acquisitions, on both the acquiring and divestiture sides, providing a unique perspective of the management and financial performance of the banking and financial services industry.My financing focus throughout my career has covered nationwide developer/investor real estate financing, construction financing for multi-family and residential developments, senior housing, LIHTC, industrial manufacturing facilities, owner-occupied real estate, commercial and industrial operating lines, trucking company factoring lines of credit and automobile floorplan financing. The favorite part of my career over the years has been leading and being a part of competitive and productive teams that serve the needs of our clients and constituents. I enjoy being a resource and leader for my team members, shareholders and those we serve.
