At Biery Cheese, I am responsible for the Sales and Business Development. Including my own accounts I have three full time sales people. I also oversee the Customer Service team which includes one Manager and four Customer Service Representatives. Commercialization and Technical Services sits under the Sales umbrella, with two full time positions reporting to me. I will have the opportunity to bring on our first Demand Planner/Replenishment Manager role (currently searching for). While growing sales, profits and developing new business opportunities are a majority focus, working with the other departments is a crucial function of my role at Biery Cheese. Servant Leadership best describes my approach in developing my team. When they are able to achieve their individual goals, the goals of the company will be met as well! Reporting directly to the President of the company allows me to see a strategic side of business. Balancing the strategic interaction I have with the President and working that in to the tactical initiatives we must complete day in and day out affords me unique interactions with my team. Knowledge and corresponding execution affords us all to bring success in our daily interactions.
