The global energy transition relies on the resilience of critical power infrastructure. My work focuses on strategic foresight by bridging the gap between technical innovations and sustainable business models to ensure this stability. I am convinced that mastering these future complexities requires a close, collaborative approach between industry, grid operators and research institutions.Currently, at HIGHVOLT, I support the development of the HiMON monitoring ecosystem. Our goal is to assist international grid operators in enhancing grid stability by transitioning from traditional hardware toward data-driven monitoring services.Having spent several years in leadership at HEINE Resistors (Knorr-Bremse Group), I value the importance of reliable partnerships and the successful execution of complex, international infrastructure projects:• : Sharing industry insights as a Guest Lecturer at RWTH Aachen University at the Power Cable Colloquium.• : Supporting the strategic board of a regional social enterprise (DRK).• : Contributing to international technical committees such as CIGRE.
