With over 10 years of work experience in the technology sector, I have developed a passion for helping partners and customers find the best solutions for their data protection and disaster recovery needs. I have a BA in Technical Sales from Weber State University, and I am fluent in Spanish. As a Senior Channel Account Manager at Arcserve, I work with premier and elite partners in the Southwest region, and I align my values and goals with the company\'s mission of delivering innovative and secure data protection solutions.In my current role, I assist partners in the onboarding process, team up with them in the sales process, train them on Arcserve products and partner program, and help them work with distribution. I also educate them on ransomware protection and help them grow their customer base. Some of the skills that I use and improve in this role are direct sales, sales process, account management, and communication. I enjoy collaborating with my partners and colleagues, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
