At CAT I have started out as a process engineer and worked my way up to become the process engineer supervisor of our group. I have worked on process\'s for new business, went to divisions to help out with their launch, did Tool follow up at integrators, CIP work for our divisions who had cycle time issues within their current lines, followed global frame lines to ensure the process was in line as well as process validations.
