About MeI work within the Built Environment team at Panoramic Associates, partnering with Local Authorities across the UK to appoint high quality Estates and Asset Management professionals.My focus is on helping organisations strengthen their property and asset functions. This includes supporting teams under capacity pressure, delivering complex disposals or acquisitions programmes, and helping clients navigate change driven by transformation and restructuring agendas such as Local Government Reorganisation.I typically support clients when: Estates teams are stretched following interim reliance or organisational change Strategic property programmes require specialist delivery capability Recruitment campaigns have not attracted the right level of permanent talent⏳ Project delivery is being impacted by capacity or skills gapsThrough a national network of trusted Estates professionals, I connect organisations with individuals who have experience delivering across: Corporate Estates Asset Strategy and Planning Acquisitions and Disposals Regeneration and Commercial Property Senior Property LeadershipI work across both interim and permanent recruitment markets, allowing clients to move quickly where required while also supporting longer term workforce planning.My approach is relationship led and consultative.
