Head of Solutions Architecture for JLR\'s connected vehicle platform, heading up a global team of architects, in my 5 years at JLR I\'ve been fortunate to move from senior SA through to head of architecture. Using pragmatism to navigate agile software development against concrete vehicle milestones. In past roles I have lead the creation of a Greenfield car dealership portal for Lookers Plc in Azure. Tangible benefits realized including an extra £2.5m stock online at any one time and a vehicle TTL reduction from 4 days to 1. Rolled out in over 100 dealerships in the UK.My time at RM culminated in achieving the successful re-development of a cloud-hosted school finance management product now used in over schools across the UK. Navigating a multi-hat tech lead, architect, BA and UX position for the good of the business. Have worked with development teams across the world,(Belarus, China, India, Ireland and England), tested my ability working in collaborative open teams where architecture is a conversation, through to explicit work package definition where pixel-accurate designs were paired with lengthy requirement docs.
