   Responsible for the Compensation and Talent Management applications within CVS. • Work with HR business partners to ensure compensation and performance cycles are opened and available when requested. • Manage relationships with our external vendors who provide technical support for our applications. • Vendor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building compensation algorithms, publishing of performance evaluation forms, compensation statements as well as troubleshooting system issues. • Currently managing the conversion of our applications to the Workday platform. • Interfacing with Deloitte consultants to ensure all requirements have been supplied and adhered to. • Responsible for all aspects of conversion including requirements, configurations, integrations, and testing.
