Over 20 years within the Energy Market with specific experience in Metering and Industry Data Management. Previously G4S Utility and Outsourcing services where I was Director Technical Services, leading the MOP, MAM and Data Management business, including the delivery of services for Smart Meter installation and the transformation of the Data Management back office. Prior to 2013 I was Head of Operations for Siemens Metering and Communication services delivering all aspects of the Metering value chain including Installation, Data Management, HH Metering, Data Retrieval Services and Gas PPMIP. These roles have given me a wealth of experience on the challenges faced within the industry in particular regard to the implementation of Smart Metering over the next 4 years and the potential for improvements in the use of data to support new and emerging business processes.
