LEARFIELD generates ~$1.5B in annual revenues from multimedia marketing, ticketing/seating, licensing, and venue technology service offerings and employs over 2,500 teammates across the US. • Design and establish key process and controls to support the preparation and reporting of financial and operational results (US GAAP, internal management, and debt compliance) • Provide executive management with specialized financial planning and analyses, trend analyses and evaluation of key performance indicators • Provide team leadership for full-service corporate accounting and transactional shared services (including general ledger, procure-to-pay, treasury, and order-to-cash cycles) with a direct supervision of a team of approximately 25 and indirect supervision of 6 business unit controllers • Collaborate with multi-functional team of internal and external resources to enhance, customize, and upgrade Enterprise Resource Planning software (Microsoft Dynamics GP) to provide a scalable and portable solution while enhancing the key controls over financial reporting • Implement and apply new accounting standards (lease accounting and revenue recognition), collaborated regarding reporting and disclosure issues, researched new accounting applications, and implemented enterprise-wide accounting policies • Provide strategic thought leadership to executive management and led all key accounting research projects • Manage external audit, resolved audit issues and communicated audit findings with management
