Current Project: 8/1/22-PresentAmerican Airlines Terminal Renovation Project at LAX The LAX American Airlines Terminal 4/5 Redevelopment Program, is a transformative project aimed at modernizing and enhancing the passenger experience at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This redevelopment initiative represents a significant investment in infrastructure, technology, and design to create a world-class facility that meets the evolving needs of travelers and the airline industry. Past Projects 5/1/19-8/1/22LAWA Airport Police FacilityThe purpose of this project is to develop a new, ground-up purpose-built Airport Police Facility (APF) for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA); the first of kind for LAWA. The proposed facility is located on a 12 acre site located north of the Los Angeles International Airport. The APF will consist of three main building components: A 168,550 square foot headquarters building, a square foot firing range and a 317,600 square foot parking structure accommodating 844 total personal and fleet vehicles. Medical office building with naturally ventilated 5 story parking structure for Kaiser Medical. Kaiser is an Extremely safety conscious owner that supports all Safety efforts in the field and constantly strives for new developments in safety.
