I am Managing Director for the global brand #Restrain - leading the team in successful delivery of ethylene treatment to multiple crops in field and in glass houses using a 20 year old patented technology utilising a natural product derived from sugar beet, low cost low carbon and high impact servicing customers globally with this amazing technology As the Head of Agriculture and Sustainability at Kettle Foods, I led the agri supply chain for the UK\'s crisping and chipping potatoes, working with over 100 farmers and suppliers across the country. I have more than 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a particular skill set in farming group operations, contract negotiations, and supply chain success.I was also the Chair of the Potato Processors Association, representing the interests of the UK potato processing industry and advocating for sustainability, innovation, and quality standards. In addition, I served as the Chair to the Board of Governors at Writtle University College, supporting the development and delivery of education and research in agriculture and related fields. My mission is to foster collaboration, trust, and excellence across the agri-food sector and contribute to its growth and resilience.
