After twenty eight years\' experience representing management in all areas of labor and employment law, I am excited to use the skills I have learned to take care of the employees who make a difference every day at the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas.During my legal career, I have advised clients on legal compliance and risk management relating to all aspects of human resources. Experience in litigation and administrative arenas includes ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, IRCA, sexual harassment training, investigation and defense of claims, discrimination, workplace privacy and searches, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, union campaigns, unfair labor practice defense, trade secret litigation, wage and hour compliance and defense. Licensed to practice before all courts and state and federal administrative agencies in Arkansas.Specialties: Advising clients in all areas of labor and employment law, litigation, training, EEOC, wage and hour, mediation/arbitration.
