I\'m an experienced statistician/data scientist and educator with primary expertise in applying analytical methods to solve business and engineering problems. My range of experience includes forecasting and simulation techniques applied to strategy and business development, advanced analytics for market analysis and product definition, and use of statistical methods and design of experiments to optimize manufacturing and engineering processes. I\'m currently a Senior Strategist for analytics in the Strategy Department at Mayo Clinic and a Lecturer in the Department of Statistics at NC State University; I also teach within the Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare program in the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Science. Previously, I spent over 30 years in technology, business development and strategy, and management roles with Corning Incorporated and as an independent consultant.
