Truist was formed in December 2019, as a result of a \"merger of equals\" between SunTrust Bank (of which LightStream was a division) and BB & T- Responsible for all staffing and hiring needs for Operations - Phone screening for all Operations new hire candidates - Face to face interviewing for all Operations new hire candidates - Direct manager for all new hires during their first 90 days of employment - Create and maintain schedules for 3 teams under the Operation umbrella - Time off review, approval, denial for approx. 120 employees via Workday application - Weekly time card review/approval for all non-exempt Operations teammates via Workday application - Build and oversee staffing models for all of Operations for maximum productivity - Tracks all overtime worked by Operations team and create reports with overtime data to relay to SVP of Operations - Addition/Removal of roles for all teammates using internal CRM tool - Works directly with SVP of Operations to assure separation of duties are in tact for all teammates utilizing internal CRM tool - Works with Marketing team to ensure Operations is aware of all marketing that would impact day to day Operations - Daily maintenance of Workday and Sharepoint applications - Works closely with Truist HR team to handle internal questions/issues that arise - Vendor management - researching potential relationships for integration and maintaining relationships with partners - Maintains Operations BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and responsible for home access for all teammates - Point on moving over 100 teammates from in office to fully remote due to Covid-19 pandemic - Controller of Operations Guidelines to ensure all Operations teammates were on the same page and access to information needed
