ABOUT DAN GREEN
Dan Green is a consultant specializing in the fields of team effectiveness, negotiation and conflict management. He has extensive experience training and advising an array of Fortune 500 companies, international NGOs and Governments.His consulting practice includes working with Francisco Galán, Commander and Spokesman of the ELN guerrillas in Colombia during the 2008 peace process in Medellín, and mediating several large scale investment disputes between Latin American Governments, corporations and international investors. Dan was the first recipient of the Insight Fellowship Award where he spent a year studying the role of emotions in negotiation in the United States, China, India and Uganda. He is currently a Partner at Insight Partners and associate faculty at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School where he teaches a course on Mediation and Conflict Management. Dan holds a B.A. from McGill University and a Masters from Columbia University where he studied at the Center for International Conflict Resolution.
