With over 17 years of experience in the courier logistics industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to simplify logistics and deliver quality service to our customers. As the Managing Director of NEPS, I oversee the operations, transportation, and business development of our company, which has been established for 9 years and is rapidly expanding across the UK. I am committed to building an enviable reputation as a reliable, efficient, punctual, and forward-thinking company that can meet the diverse and demanding needs of our clients. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence, and I aim to empower and support my team to achieve our goals and vision.In my current role, I leverage my logistics expertise and management skills to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of our services, from collecting and transporting goods to various locations, to managing our main depot and office, to securing and retaining contracts with new and existing customers. I apply my knowledge of logistics management, operations management, and transportation management to optimize our processes, reduce costs, enhance safety, and improve customer satisfaction. I also foster strong relationships with our partners, suppliers, and seek new opportunities and challenges to grow our business and reputation.
