ABOUT DAN GRAHAM

With over seven years of experience in the rail industry, built upon a foundation of 8 years military aviation, I am now a Project Lead at TXM Consult, a specialist consultancy firm that provides solutions for complex rail projects. I have a Cert.HE in Business and Management from The Open University Business School, and a Cert.HE in Aeronautical Engineering (Avionics) from Kingston University. I also have a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. My skills include engineering, business improvement, project and production management, which I have applied in various roles and projects. Previously, I was a Project Manager at RGR Rail, where I delivered several successful rail contracts for Alstom / Bombardier alongside Siemens, MTR, TFL and Balfour Beatty; an example of this includes overseeing the ‘Reduced Length Unit’ to ‘Full Length Unit’ conversation programme for 30 of the 70 the CL345 Elizabeth Line fleet. I also worked as an Operations Support Consultant (Interim) at Alstom, where I supported the operations team in managing the maintenance and service of the trains. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for the rail sector, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams. My goal is to contribute to the improvement and advancement of the rail industry, and to the satisfaction and safety of the passengers and clients.
