I’m Dan Good, a career automotive General Manager with a genuine passion for this industry and the people in it.For over 20 years I’ve had the privilege of leading dealership teams through every kind of market condition. My focus has always been pretty simple: take great care of customers, build processes that make everyone’s job easier and more profitable, control what we can control, and create an environment where good people want to stay and grow.I love fixing things that are broken, streamlining what’s working okay, and helping owners and groups sleep better at night knowing their stores are in solid hands.Right now I’m happily running a strong operation and not actively looking to make a change. That said, I’m always open to conversations with good people about interesting opportunities — especially turnarounds, growth platforms, or family-owned groups that value long-term relationships and steady, sustainable progress.Southeast-based and easy to reach.
