With a career blending data analysis, learning & development, and operational delivery, I offer a unique combination of strategic insight and practical execution. Delivered keynote and guest speaking engagements at international industry events including iVentiv (London & Cologne), Disruptive (Birmingham), and (Canada), establishing a voice in thought leadership on data-driven learning impact. Published article with Training Industry discussing the importance of Embedding data and into learning journeys. Grounded in banking, where I first saw the power of data in driving performance, my focus has evolved to leverage data-driven strategies to maximise learning impact and organisational change. I believe that effective learning requires the right balance between- Evidence-based learning theory- The technology delivering it - The operational environment it must support. Additionally, I hold that data-driven, adaptable promotional strategies are critical to engaging learners at scale and ensuring completion. Without this, achieving sustainable behaviour change and positive return on investment is impossible.
