Over 20 years experience as a top-performing leader as a Maintenance, Facility, Operations, Reliability, Fleet, and Regional Manager. Former Professional Contractor Owner. Specializing in Food Manufacturing for the last 10 years.• I have been recognized for my exceptional technical and operational leadership skills and streamlining building, field and equipment maintenance and power engineering operations for manufacturing plants, industrial facilities and other large and complex organizations in varied industries.• I have been a project manager for new construction, renovations, major capital maintenance projects, and developing and improving maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.• As a reliability and rotating equipment specialist, I have an in-depth knowledge of lubrication and vibration practices, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and critical asset planning and management.• My success in leading transformations/restructuring in manufacturing, mills, crush plants, bottling and food processing plants has led to significant cost savings, efficiency and standard operating procedure improvements. • As a safety lead for maintenance, warehouse/distribution centre and other departments, I have a thorough knowledge of safe work practices and have introduced safety initiatives to reduce incidents. • In re-engineering workplaces to create a team-focused, productive and safety-oriented culture, I have effectively supervised unionized and non-unionized teams.
