Additional responsibilities include man-hour tracking and project earned value reports. Other responsibilities include project financial status reports, project status updates to the client and management, and review and approval of client invoices on a monthly basis.Responsibilities during project close-out include confirming all aspects of project were successfully delivered to the client and review of the final financial indicators of the project.Responsibilities during execution of project include preparation of engineering reports, plans, technical specifications, and contract documents, and review and oversight of other project engineers performing similar tasks. Other responsibilities include conducting meetings with stakeholders to understand their concerns for the project, site visits to collect data, using that information to prepare design drawings and engineering reports. Responsibilities during the bidding phase of project include conducting pre-bid meetings, answering questions for interested bidders and suppliers, preparing addendums, interviewing apparent high bidders to determine capabilities, and providing recommendation of award letters to clients based on those interviews.
