Working in an exciting role as an academy scout covering the north of England and Scotland, focusing on emerging talent acquisitions. In AFC Bournemouth\'s developing and progressive academy, my role is to closely monitor talent in my region through a combination of live and video scouting, whilst managing my schedule to prioritise and coordinate fixture attendance. Through report writing, undertaking market analysis, and monitoring emerging first team players, I am providing a key role to contribute to the acquisition of talented, high porential players to succeed within the Bournemouth academy and first team.

I am a Loughborough BSc graduate in Sport & Exercise Science, originally from Winchester, who is highly passionate about football recruitment, scouting, and performance analysis. Working as an emerging talent scout based in the North for AFC Bournemouth, I have developed a strong understanding of recruitment and analysis in elite football. Off the back of working as a Global Positional Recruitment Analyst (First-Team) on placement at Arsenal FC, alongside a Master\'s in Applied Sport Performance Analysis at Loughborough University, I have high-quality experience in the industry, alongside an academic backbone from 5 years of sport-related studies at a leading university.I have developed a strong foundation in identification, tactical evaluation, and data-driven decision-making through both academic study and applied professional experience.
