1. Dol (Department of Labor) Vets (Veterans\' Employment Training Services) Facilitator

   Aug 2023 — Present

   The Department of Labor (DOL), Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) program utilizes contractor services for support of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). This is where Serco comes in. The program and our team work to ensure Service Members and their families have the necessary career tools and information to seamlessly transition into the civilian workforce. We help Transitioning Service Members find apprenticeship and job opportunities to increase their on-the-job experience and ensure they are well-equipped to enter the civilian job market. Through the DOL TAP we conduct job assistance workshops, employment counseling, and employer outreach.
