About Dan Fuller

Engineering Leader with experience across a spectrum of aerospace hardware development environments.I have worked in startup environments where high ownership and accountability are required. Where rapid high judgment decisions are often necessary to navigate an ambiguous operating environment due to lack of mature process and requirements.I have also worked in mature aerospace environments where tools, best practices, and mature requirement sets exist. I have also thrived in these environments and am able to navigate existing infrastructure to efficiently push projects forward.I am a process-creator and natural leader. I am able to define process where there is none and generate and derive requirements that less experienced engineers are able to execute against.I have the ability to understand the bigger picture (schedule, economic implications, risk) while also deep-diving into the nuances of technical details. I have a high level of expertise in aerospace structural analysis, loads, and vibroacoustic analysis, but have a strong aversion to “analysis paralysis” and am able to bridge the gap between program management and the technical community.
