I recently joined the Employers\' Workforce Coalition as part of a Fellowship with the Del Mar Encore Fellows through the Dayton Foundation. Our work will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance workforce development and talent pipelines where more people transition from education and training into gainful employment. This program addresses the critical challenge of bridging the gap between the supply of skilled workers and employer demand in the Dayton region.
