Dan’s practice focuses on representing and counseling employers of all sizes in connection with a wide variety of disputes that arise in the workplace. Dan has defeated claims of employment discrimination in jury trials, arbitrations, federal and state agency investigations, and also through pre-trial motions. He also assists his clients in general liability and commercial litigation matters.Dan is active in both state and national bar associations. He currently serves as a Director of the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association, and was the organization\'s President from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, he is a Director of the National Italian-American Bar Association, and a member of the Connecticut and New Haven County Bar Associations.A cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.
