Capital Midwest is an Enterprise SaaS B2B venture fund. We invest in companies with $1-2 M of Annual Recurring Revenue and build them up to $10 million and then sell them. We have extensive risk management procedures, and a value-added network to grow early-stage companies.We are investing out of Capital Midwest IV and have a track record of successful investments and exits. We invest in the Midwest at very low valuations and have developed a syndication network to alleviate the early-stage risk. We only re-invest in successful companies, typically at a similar value to the initial investment.
