My key projects/contributions including:• Oversaw the migration of an on-premise secure SharePoint 2010 environment to an M365 GCC-High tenant. • Revamped and transformed the process for the Government tenant (GCC-High) project migrating 40 project sites to meet security standards for government projects (CUI, FedRAMP, DFARS, ITAR), including redesign of personnel onboarding process to meet compliance and environment requirements.• Applied Agile methodology to develop end-user-facing business/use cases for applicable productivity technologies. • Determined organizational readiness and make recommendations for the implementation of Change Management plans by analyzing existing client change management, resources, and governance structure.
