After decades of leading change, I founded Idylli to empower others to become changemakers. Our mantra is \"Liberate the Leaders\". Our signature offering is called LeaderQuest™. It\'s a longitudinal leadership program that empowers leaders to discover and maximize their full potential to make change through people. We run LeaderQuest™ as a custom program for larger organizations, and also occasionally as a public program to which organizations can send one or more people. We also provide keynotes, seminars, and workshops on topics related to leadership, culture, and change.
