As the Clinical Program Manager for the California Family Urgent Response System (Cal-FURS) and The Source, I oversee programs designed to provide critical, real-time support to foster youth, caregivers, and families across Sacramento and surrounding regions. I lead a dedicated team of clinicians and call center staff who deliver 24/7 crisis intervention, emotional support, and linkage to community resources to stabilize families and strengthen placement stability.My role includes managing day-to-day program operations, ensuring clinical excellence, and maintaining compliance with state and county guidelines. I provide clinical supervision and training to staff, support program evaluation and data-driven improvement efforts, and collaborate with community partners to enhance service accessibility and impact.With a focus on trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practice, I am committed to ensuring that every youth and caregiver receives compassionate, effective support when they need it
