I partner with and support the management teams (MD, Director and Heads of Department) for five of Crest Nicholson\'s divisions across the UK - Chiltern, Midlands, South, South West and our Special Projects function, as well as being the HR contact for over 450 employees across these five divisions. I ensure that I am a visible presence in these divisional offices on a regular basis, as well as visiting sites across the geographical patches.I provide coaching, support and advice on employee relations matters, talent management & succession planning, learning & development, reward and recruitment. I am the first point of call for employee queries and act as a link between the divisions and the various Group functions.
