As a seasoned Safety Professional, I provide safety consultation services to the construction and general industry sectors. I guide employers through the OSHA citation and penalty process and abatement protocols, ensuring compliance and best practices. I also conduct mock OSHA inspections, facility audits, and on-site oversight, as well as review and update written safety programs and policies. I performed over OSHA inspections, including accident and fatality investigations, and contributed to the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) as an evaluator and auditor. I also served as a Deputy Safety Director and Safety Manager for the Department of Defense (U.S. Navy/Army and Corps of Engineers), where I achieved injury and illness rate reductions of 25% and implemented best practices throughout the organizations. I am a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a recipient of multiple awards for teamwork and individual acts of safety excellence.
