With over 20 years of front-end development experience, I have successfully transitioned to a senior software engineering manager role at Indigo, a leading platform for agricultural innovation. I run two teams of eight front-end developers that own all UI code and features related to platform-level initiatives, such as internal component library, metrics reports, and style guide.My core competencies include people management, product ownership, technical leadership, collaboration, and process optimization. I am passionate about mentoring and empowering my reports, fostering their personal and professional growth, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional solutions. I also partner with product managers, UX and design, and other stakeholders to align the roadmap, prioritize the work, and ensure the quality and usability of the applications.
