At my core, I’m a problem solver. I thrive on identifying challenges and inefficiencies, then working with the right people to turn solutions into lasting improvements.My career in oil and gas began unconventionally. After serving as a Marine Corps infantryman, I was grateful to step into my first role as a technician supporting pipeline inspection and outdoor operations in the demanding North Slope oil fields of Alaska. What I thought would be just a job became the foundation of a diverse career spanning two decades in the energy industry.Over my first 13 years, I advanced through roles leading multi-craft maintenance crews, inspection teams, and oilfield professionals performing critical fieldwork. Along the way, I also served as a maintenance and project scheduler and a site integration specialist, developing a broad perspective on operations and project execution.Since 2020, I’ve taken on the role of Construction Manager with Hilcorp, where I oversee concept development, engineering/design, and execution of multi-discipline projects through commissioning. My focus is on improving safety and reliability, adding production, and driving out unnecessary costs in the aging Prudhoe Bay Oil Field.I bring the discipline of military service, the grit of hands-on field experience, and the vision of a construction manager dedicated to building teams and projects that create real value.

Responsible for cost estimating and forecasting within allocated yearly budget amounts. Responsible for accurate cost accrual reporting throughout lifespan of each project. Responsible for contractor selection utilizing competitive bidding process.
