Over 28 years in the construction industry from a tradesman to management. Spending the last 15 years as a lead Healthcare Superintendent predominately in occupied hospital / healthcare facilities. Projects include, Cancer research centers, O.R. renovations, MRI / CT, multiple labs, labor and delivery, compounding pharmacies, neuro diagnostic centers, E.R.\'s, Telemetry monitoring, multi-room physician suites, dental offices and multiple M.O.B. build-outs. Other projects outside of medical include data centers, technologies and restaurants. Strengths include a personal obligation to safety 1st, pre-planning, infection control, air partical testing, site specific traffic control, signage and documentation, customer service with outstanding client relationships, daily reporting, clear and precise communication within the RFI process, quality control, maintaining above average sub-relations while driving the schedule, scheduling / phasing and always the ultimate team player.
