As Head of PMO and Data Protection, I lead the setup and execution of our programme management office, owning all project management processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards. I’m responsible for driving project excellence across internal and external initiatives, from scoping and delivery through to testing and evaluation.My role includes- End-to-end project lifecycle oversight, ensuring timely delivery, quality outputs, and measurable impact- Reporting on key project metrics, resource usage, and risks, providing insight to stakeholders, clients, and leadership- Leading and developing a team of project and success managers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals- Managing our ISO compliance frameworks and documentation, and serving as Data Protection Officer- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to align resource planning, identify cross-project opportunities, and mitigate portfolio risks- Supporting business development through client satisfaction tracking and strategic input on account growth opportunities.This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to delivery, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
