I provide the following services on a consultancy basis:• Engage in CONA Release sessions (UAT’s), CRs, etc.• Provide sign off for DOIP Requirements• Develop strategy to resolve reoccurring issues, at the root cause• Develop KPIs and provide monthly status reports to Leadership• Manage/Resolve Day to Day issues from Production Plants• Provide guidance and coaching to Production Plant Associates on proper process/entry into CONA• Facilitate requests of new codes & values to CONA DOIP Team• Liaison between CCBF & Production Plants• Ensure Planning processes are in line with DC Demand Planning requirements• Streamline production planning operational processes across CCBF Production Plants
