After 17 years in the public sector I joined Red Badger in 2025 to continue my journey of delivering outstanding outcomes for the public. For 15 years, Red Badger has partnered organisations with millions of customers such as HSBC, Santander, BBC, Sky, Nando’s, Levi’s, OVO, and Compare the Market. We are renowned for delivering high-performing, user-centric digital products and platforms in record time, across complex customer and technology landscapes.I am tailoring Red Badger’s proven lean methodologies to meet the demands of public sector organisations. The new public sector practice will focus on progressive approaches to addressing organisational challenges and help public organisations better serve their citizens in the digital age. I led the Digital Transformation of the Houses of Parliament from 20••••24 as both the CIO and prior to that as Programme Director. I am a delivery person at heart and have a track record of exceptional results. I\'m a graduate of the major project leadership academy (MPLA) and am a trustee of a University and a Charity supporting migrants. I am driven by social value and have won awards for my work on EDI initiatives.
