CREATE-X is the entrepreneurial initiative at Georgia Tech designed to instill entrepreneurial confidence and launch real startups.With over 800 startups launched and a cumulative portfolio valuation of $2.4B+, CREATE-X is one of the top university startup programs in the world.Areas of focus right now include:• Program Design & Delivery: Build processes that have scaled Startup Lab course from three sections to seven, Idea-to-Prototype course from 40 to 78 teams per semester, and Startup Launch from 89 startups to 150+ startups per year.• Partner Strategy & Planning: Secure and manage partnerships with companies like Microsoft, AWS, and Google. Partnership with Microsoft led to securing a $25k gift. Also partner with, and sponsor, student-run hackathons.• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage investment committee comprising the Director of CREATE-X, CIO of the Georgia Tech Foundation, and the VP of Commercialization for a $10M fund. • Operations Management: Develop and manage Airtable databases to process 500+ annual applications,$300k+/year in investments,$20k+/year in student reimbursements, and report on program statuses. Also built and maintain our organizational wiki and project management processes in Monday.com
